However, with any major renovation project the scope will usually require additional services, which often means additional contractors. Coordinating and scheduling different contractors throughout the project can be stressful and time consuming, and this duty usually falls in the lap of the homeowner.

When you contract with Denver Stucco & Stone, we have the ability and resources to accomplish almost any other need that your project requires. Whether your home requires new windows prior to stucco, painting non-stucco or stone surfaces, or a new garage door or gutters, we have you covered.

Painting Services

Stucco projects always require a certain level of paint work, as do many interior stone projects. With us, the painting needs will always be included and part of your quote. The owners of Denver Stucco & Stone also own and operate one of the largest re-paint companies in the state of Colorado and have painted homes for over 35 years. We know the paint business!

All exterior and interior projects include the best preparation possible, and we use the best paint coatings from Sherwin Williams to insure a long lasting, beautiful finish. Exterior painting projects carry a 7 year labor and material warranty.

Garage Doors

Your garage door is a highly used and highly visible object on your home. Quality, efficiency and cosmetics are very important when it comes to your garage door. If you have an old, beat up raised wood panel door, or an uninsulated steel door, you may want to consider a replacement during your stucco project.

Denver Stucco & Stone works with Wayne Dalton garage doors to offer the best insulated steel garage doors. With a variety of standard colors, window options, and panel designs, we can put in the perfect garage door to correlate with your new stucco job. Need a new garage door opener? Gutters & Downspouts

You have invested in new stucco siding for your home, but you then realize that your gutter system is rusting, out of pitch or inadequate to handle the rain flow from your roof. If this is the case, new gutters to help keep that new stucco looking its best is probably in order!

Denver Stucco & Stone has your gutter solution. We offer 5″ and 6″ seamless, aluminum gutters. Seamless aluminum gutters are not only more durable and lightweight than their older steel counterparts, but the increased size can handle higher flow and the new hidden hanger systems are much more cosmetically pleasing. Our gutters are available in a variety of stock colors or can be painted to match your trim, and we also can include gutter guards to keep the leaves and debris out of your new gutter system.

Carpentry Work

Denver Stucco & Stone will cover all of your carpentry needs! Large renovation projects usually include several smaller projects to achieve the highest quality finished product. There are many instances where we may need to replace some rotted fascia or soffit prior to painting the trim on a stucco project. We can do that! Does your deck need maintenance or boards replaced? We can do that too! From trim and siding replacement, to deck work and fencing, Denver Stucco & Stone has the experience and staff to handle all of your carpentry projects.
